Rowers
Depending on your previous experience and your personal preferences there are three different ways to get involved with the club as a rower: Senior squads, Novice squads and Recreational squad.
The Senior squad is the main performance-based pathway for those who are already competent rowers. For those who do not yet know how to row, but still want to compete for the club is the Novice squad. Finally, there is also the Recreational squad for those who would like to participate in the sport without the intense training and commitment required of the Senior and Novice Squads.
